RPO-K is a cost saving offshore recruitment process outsourcing solution for UK corporate and SMEs. How we do it :
We work closely with you to establish which recruitment activities can be delivered remotely e.g. searching, screening and interview scheduling. These processes are then mapped and transitioned to Konduco in India where we are measured against pre agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). |

Applicant suitability screening: Calling applicants to ascertain skills, experience, motivations for the role, availability for starting and previous earnings.
Client Role positioning: Developing awareness of the role / vacancy, building the candidate's interest in the client organization through dissemination of more detailed information and explanation of the benefits of the potential employment.
Client briefing: Delivery of candidate summaries to provide client recruiters with an initial flavour of the candidate prior to initial interviews.
Candidate interview / assessment scheduling: Management of recruiter's diaries and communication of next steps and schedules to candidates.
Candidate reference checking: Contacting previous employers to ascertain strengths and weaknesses.
Keeping candidates warm: Ongoing communication with candidate to ensure she is well informed as to the progress of her application and to maintain interest level.
Onboarding Administration: Development and electronic submission of individual offer letters / employment contracts against client templates, and progress reporting to client recruiters. Communication of the induction timetable, travel directions, policies and objectives and provision of inbound hot line for general enquiries.
